This Privacy Policy explains how the NXT ERA Financial platform (“NXT ERA Financial,” “we,” “us”), operated by RJ Webworks LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when licensed insurance agents (“Agents,” “you”) use the Platform. This Platform is intended for NXT ERA Financial insurance agents only and is not directed to the general public.
The Platform supports inbound call handling and may capture call metadata and, where enabled, call recordings for quality, compliance, training, and dispute-resolution purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording, consent, TCPA, and Medicare/CMS requirements in your jurisdiction.
This section is different from the rest of this policy. Everywhere else, the information described is yours. Here it belongs to members of the public who have never used this Platform and have no account on it.
RJ Webworks LLC is the data controller for consumer lead data. We run the advertising, we own the advertising accounts, and the consumer submits their details to us.NXT ERA Financial and its Agents receive that data and work it under contract; they do not decide what is collected or why.
What we collect and where from. Consumers complete a lead form on a social media advertising platform (currently Meta). We receive the name, phone number, email address, and location details they entered, along with the answers to any questions on that form and the time they submitted it. We do not buy consumer lists from data brokers.
Why we may hold it. The consumer gave their details voluntarily, on a form that told them an insurance agent would contact them. That consent is the basis on which we hold and share the record.
Who sees it. Each lead is assigned to exactly one agency and exactly one Agent within it. No other Agent can see it — not colleagues, and not agency administrators. Your agency’s owner can see leads only after they have been reclaimed into the vault. We do not sell consumer lead data.
How long we keep it. A lead stays with its Agent while they work it. Where an agency has the vault enabled, it is reclaimed after that agency’s configured window and becomes visible to the agency’s owner, who may reassign it or export it. An exported copy leaves our systems; the recipient remains contractually bound to the same obligations, including deletion.
Do not call. If a consumer asks not to be contacted, that request is recorded against their phone number and email address across the whole Platform. It blocks future contact by any Agent and any agency, and it prevents the same details being imported again. We keep that record even if we delete everything else about the person — forgetting that someone asked us to stop would mean contacting them again.
Consumer rights. A consumer may ask us what we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests should be sent to ryan@rjwebworks.com. A deletion removes the record from the Agent’s view as well as from our own tables, and we will instruct any agency owner holding an exported copy to delete theirs.
Messaging. Any SMS or email sent to a consumer through the Platform in future will be sent under the consent obtained at form submission and subject to the applicable messaging rules. Consumers will be able to opt out of those messages, and doing so is treated as a do-not-contact request.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Platform, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, including:
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NXT ERA Financial, RJ Webworks LLC, our Agents, or others.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including insurance and Medicare/CMS record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You may request access to or correction of your account information, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us through the channels below. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business and compliance purposes.
