The NXT ERA Financial platform (“NXT ERA Financial,” the “Platform,” “we,” “us”) is operated and developed by RJ Webworks LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided exclusively to licensed insurance agents working for NXT ERA Financial and related insurance lines (“Agents,” “you”). By creating an account you represent that you are a properly licensed insurance agent in the states in which you operate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to accept these Terms.
By checking the agreement box during sign up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Access to the Platform is sold on a weekly basis. Your first week is paid when you sign up, and each following week requires a new payment to keep your access active. If a week is not paid and confirmed by the cutoff, your access for that week is paused until payment is received.
Every weekly payment is final and non-refundable. Funds are applied directly to lead generation and operating costs that power your inbound call flow and are consumed on your behalf. Because they are deployed immediately, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for any reason — including an unused balance, dissatisfaction with results, account termination, or a missed or late renewal.
Weeks do not carry over. Each week stands on its own; any unused portion of a week expires at the end of that week and does not roll into the next week or convert to cash or credit. An exception may be made if directly communicated to the owner of the platform with written confirmation. These exceptions cannot be made after the fact.
The dollar balance shown in your dashboard is an estimate only — a rough indicator of the call volume remaining in your current week based on a per-call cost that can change at any time. It is not an account balance, has no cash value, and is not a guarantee of a specific number of calls. Likewise, projected calls, deals, return on investment, and annual premium figures are estimates; actual results fluctuate and are sometimes outside our control, including changes driven by third-party platform algorithms.
By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, you agree not to initiate, file, or pursue any payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or bank/card complaint against any payment made to NXT ERA Financial or RJ Webworks LLC.
You agree that any miscommunication, billing question, or concern will be raised and resolved exclusively through the proper channels described in Section 11 before any other action is taken. Filing a chargeback or dispute is a material breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the managers, members, officers, employees, and agents of NXT ERA Financial and RJ Webworks LLC are not liable for any chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or related fees or losses. You agree to reimburse us for any costs, fees, or losses we incur as a result of a chargeback or dispute you initiate in violation of these Terms.
You agree to act honestly, lawfully, and in good faith at all times. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
You are solely responsible for your own compliance with all laws and carrier guidelines applicable to your insurance sales.
If you purchase outbound leads, consumer contact records are distributed to you each week in proportion to what you paid, through an automated cycle. Leads are assigned to one agent and one agent only.
We make no guarantee of volume, quality, or conversion. Lead supply depends on advertising performance and is outside our control. Nothing in these Terms promises a number of leads, a contact rate, or any sale.
If you do not purchase outbound leads for a given week you simply receive no new leads that week. You do not lose the leads you already have, subject to Section 7.
Leads are provided for your use on this Platform, for the purpose of selling insurance through NXT ERA Financial. You may not sell, rent, trade, or share them; you may not export or copy them out of the Platform; and you may not retain or continue to work them after you stop working with NXT ERA Financial. This restriction applies to you as an Agent. It does not apply to your agency’s owner, who may export reclaimed leads under Section 7 and remains bound by the same obligations after doing so.
A lead is a real person who filled in an advertisement form. When you contact them, you are the caller and the legal responsibility is yours. That includes, without limitation: the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state calling-hour restrictions, state and federal Do Not Call registry scrubbing, your licensing in the consumer’s state, and identifying yourself and your agency truthfully on every call.
If a consumer asks not to be contacted again, you must mark them “do not call” in the Platform. This is not optional. Doing so permanently blocks that phone number and email address across the entire Platform, for every agency, and prevents the record from ever being reassigned. It can only be undone by RJ Webworks LLC, and only where there is a compelling reason.
Any SMS or email you send through the Platform in future is subject to the same consent requirements, and to any additional rules we publish for those channels.
You will indemnify NXT ERA Financial and RJ Webworks LLC against any claim, penalty, or cost arising from how you contacted a lead.
Leads assigned to you are reclaimed after 90 days. On reclaim, the lead moves into your agency’s vault, you lose access to it, and your agency’s owner may reassign it to another agent or export it. This applies whatever state the lead is in, with two exceptions: leads you have closed as won, and leads marked do-not-call, are never reclaimed.
This is the only circumstance in which a lead is taken from you while your account is active. The 90-day window is set by your agency and may be changed; any change applies going forward.
Your agency’s owner may export reclaimed leads out of the Platform. Once exported, the owner remains bound by the same compliance and deletion obligations that applied inside it, including honouring a consumer deletion request against their copy. Every export is recorded.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. If you are found to have lied, committed fraud, entered false information, or otherwise misrepresented facts on the phone system or in this system, your account may be terminated immediately.
Termination for any reason does not entitle you to any refund. All amounts paid remain non-refundable as described in Section 2.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, any specific volume or quality of calls, or any specific earnings or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NXT ERA Financial, RJ Webworks LLC, or their managers, members, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any question, concern, billing matter, or dispute must first be submitted to us through the proper channels before any other action.
